MISSION STATEMENT

     A Child’s Garden Preschool, a non-sectarian community outreach program of First Presbyterian Church, is committed to providing a developmentally appropriate learning environment for a diverse population of young children ages 10 months through pre-Kindergarten.  The professional staff understands and is sensitive to the individual needs, cultural heritage and identity of each child.

   A Child's Garden is located at 215 Locust Street NE, just south of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and west of I-25.

    The program operates from 7:45 (early care before 9:00) through 5:15 (after care begins at 3:15).  The school calendar follows.

Summer schedule announced with registration in March.

SNOW DAYS:  When APS observes a snow closing, ACG is also closed.  When APS observes an “Abbreviated Day” ACG will open on the same schedule as APS elementary schools, with extended care beginning one hour earlier.  APS information is available on KOB radio on snow days.
