We follow the APS school calendar at ACG, which is August to May, with similar days closed. Summer Session is only offered to currently enrolled families. Applicants who apply by March will receive an email regarding their placement. Other than the email sent in March, we do not contact applicants unless a placement becomes available.
If a spot is available that meets one of your time preferences, we will call you with a placement offer. You have 48 hours to accept or decline the offer. We continue to make offers from that point till December.
The application and fee to join the new family Waitlist is only for one school year. We do not roll the Waitlist year to year. If your family does not hear from us by the end of December/early January, families will have to apply again for the following school year Waitlist in January 2027 if you are interested in the 2027-2028 school year.
