Please complete the application form below in order to join the appropriate Waitlist as a new family.

• There is a $25.00 Application Fee (non-refundable) to join the Waitlist per family. Please note in the comments of application if are applying for more than one child and which child you payed the fee for.
  
• Application fee waivers are available for eligible families. Email or call the Office.
• If you have a CURRENT ECECD contract, the Waitlist Application Fee is waived. Email a copy of your contract to the Office.
• Please note there is an additional 3% transaction fee for paying through the website with a credit card.
• Please see Enrollment page regarding Waitlist process.
• It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure they have read and understand the application process prior to applying, since the Application Fee is nonrefundable.
• Tours are not required by the preschool with offers, thus it is the applicants responsibility to schedule a tour prior to any offers for placement.

We follow the APS school calendar at ACG, which is August to May, with similar days closed. Summer Session is only offered to currently enrolled families. Applicants who apply by March will receive an email regarding their placement. Other than the email sent in March, we do not contact applicants unless a placement becomes available.

If a spot is available that meets one of your time preferences, we will call you with a placement offer. You have 48 hours to accept or decline the offer. We continue to make offers from that point till December.

The application and fee to join the new family Waitlist is only for one school year. We do not roll the Waitlist year to year. If your family does not hear from us by the end of December/early January, families will have to apply again for the following school year Waitlist in January 2027 if you are interested in the 2027-2028 school year.
