2026-2027 Registration Calendar

January 16, 2026
  • Registration begins for the 2026-2027 school year for current families.
  • 206 Summer Session registration begins for current families.
  • Assistance Application is available.
January 20, 2026
  • The 2026-2027 Waitlist opens online only for interested families.
January 26, 2026
  • 2026-2027 Registration Form and $150.00 non-refundable Registration Fee is due for currently enrolled families.
  • 2026 Summer Session Registration Form is due for currently enrolled families.
  • Registration fee is waived for families receiving ECECD assistance.
February 18, 2026
  • Registration packet for current families confirming enrollment for 2026-2027 will be emailed.
  • This includes:
  1. Family Agreement 1
  2. Family Agreement 2
  3. Health Form A
  4. Health Form B
  5. Immunization Records
  6. Procare Autopay Form (encouraged, but not required)
February 24, 2026
  • Waitlisted families will be notified regarding their child’s acceptance or placement on the Waitlist.
February 26, 2026
  • Deadline for families who have been made an offer to accept or decline enrollment. If the Office is not updated, these applications will no longer be on the Waitlist.
February 27, 2026
  • New families who accept placement will receive the Registration Packet via email.
March 05, 2026
  • The 2026 Summer Session $75.00 non-refundable fee is due for current families.
March 06, 2026
  • Registration Packet for current AND new families due.
April 08, 2026
  • Current families will receive the 2026 Summer Session Family Agreement 2 and Payment Plan due.
April 15, 2026
  • 2026 Summer Session Family Agreement 2 and Payment Plan due.
April 24, 2026
  • Tuition Assistance Application with documentation due.
May 11, 2026
  • 2026-2027 Tuition Deposit and $25.00 supply due.This deposit holds your child’s placement and will be used for May 2027 tuition. It is non-refundable without a 30-day notice of withdrawal. The school Office must be notified in writing no later than the first day of the month of the student’s last month of attendance. Families are responsible for the Full Final month’s tuition (see prepaid tuition), and will forfeit their deposit if the required written notice is not received.
May 18, 2026
  • Deadline for Summer Session fee or 1st payment of payment plan.
June 01, 2026
  • Deadline for 2nd payment of payment plan for Summer Session.
July 01, 2025
  • Deadline for 3rd payment of payment plan for Summer Session.
July 31, 2025
  • Families will receive Welcome letter, classroom placement, Service Dog Permission Form, Placement Questionnaire, and Procare information in preparation for the start of the school year.
